Apartamento Planta Baja, Torrequebrada
About this property
LOTS OF OUTSIDE SPACE - EXCELLENT LOCATION - WONDERFUL COMMUNITY AREAS!!
Arenal Golf fase 1 is the best area in Arenal Golf without a doubt!
2 wonderful pools, paddle court and lots of greenery form part of this oasis of a community.
If you are looking for at property with more outside than inside space to enjoy the Southern Spanish climate, you have definitely come to the right place.
Apart of the apartment itself, this property has more than 12 m2 southwest-orientated covered terrace as well as a open western terraced area on the side of the building. These terraces go straight into a garden area with more than 50 m2. On the other side of the apartment there is an open patio that the current owners have covered and made into a cabin-feel TV-room and dining room with expensive wood-material with a lovely ambience. This is where the current owners spend most of their time. Here you have a real oasis with complete privacy.
Being positioned at the corner of the building this property could be a real alternative to a small villa.
At the foot of the garden you can access the vegetable garden that the owners can use. Here you'll find fruit trees and more and here you can grow your very own favorite vegetables if you wish.
The community offers 24 hours security surveillance.
