With a comprehensive reform and very close to the beach, we have this property with two bedrooms (one of them with a terrace and also with sea views), a living-dining room with access to the terrace, a very modern kitchen with a breakfast bar and a room bathroom The community has elevators, swimming pool and parking area. It is a closed area with surveillance and very careful. Very good location as it is close to all transport, shops, hotels and with a distance to the beach of 300 meters. Optional private parking space for 11,000 euros, but it has a community parking area mentioned above.
