The castle located in an elevated position would be ideal as a charming hotel or an original and unique bed & breakfast or a unique home. Its style takes you to stories of old Mexico and tales of princesses. Walking through its corridors and rooms full of solid wood, old floors and many corners with historical details and old materials, it really makes you think that you are in another century. The castle has three entrances. To explain its distribution I start on the floor below. We enter through a corridor with old stones in sight and a hall where the elevator is located that takes you to all levels of the castle. We go up with it or with the stairs and we reach floor -1, garden and pool level. Here is an entrance hall with main entrance, staircase and elevator door, large living room with L shape, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, exit to the garden with pool and a second staircase to go up to the next level. Ground floor level has a second large living room with a beautiful fireplace, large windows to enjoy the views of the port of Malaga and the sea, dining room with sliding doors to a good size terrace, roofed and with the same panoramic views of the sea, another fireplace and a door that leads to the kitchen with another dining area, a laundry room and a bathroom with shower. Here you will also find an entrance / exit to the garden and terraces behind the Castle. The garden and terraces surround the property and it has an irrigation system. Going up to level +1 we find 2 double bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. One of the bedrooms has a fireplace and a large west facing terrace. Going up one more level we have a large room with an en-suite bathroom and a beautiful terrace with the best views of the entire castle. There are various curiosities throughout the castle because it was formerly inhabited by nuns and there are Christian details in stained glass windows, paintings, varios sink and much more. The ensuite bathroom is quite modern with a jacuzzi bath.
Next to the house there is a storage room, which at the moment is renovated as a bedroom. Your entrance is totally independent. In the part of the parking lots at the moment there is space for 2/3 cars, but there is also an independent studio that can be removed and take advantage of its space to create more parking. Outside on the street it is not easy to park.
