Villa - Chalet, Benalmadena
About this property
Lovely one floor villa in well established and sought after "La Capellania" close to shopping, golf courses, amenities and schools in Benalmádena Pueblo. Overlooking the sea, the beach in Fuengirola, Gibraltar and the coast of North Africa the villa is settled in a lovely garden with swimming pool. The villa was built in the eighties to very high standards. The distribution is excellent, all on one level where you drive in to a parking area with room for 4 to cars and access the house.
From the entrance you access the living/dining room and the kitchen. All open plan and made for easy living. To the left of the entrance you access the guest toilet, a guest bedroom and the en suite master bedroom.
There's a comfortable office space and a smaller bedroom and bathroom next to the kitchen with a separate entrance.
The villa has a double underground garage for two cars which can be accessed from the street (one floor below) and by a staircase from the drive in entrance. This garage has the possibility of being turned into a guest apartment.
The popular area is very well kept and all houses are built in typical andalusian style with white washed walls and old roof tiles. You're close to everything here, only 10 - 15 minutes from Malaga Aiport by car, 10 minutes drive to Fuengirola, a 7 minute drive to the beach, and in walking distance to Benalmádena Pueblo.
