Villa - Chalet, Benalmadena
About this property
This is an incredible opportunity to purchase a property, ready to move in to, including all furniture and located on a brand-new development overlooking the coastline of Benalmadena.
This four bedroom, four bathroom villa is within the Big Blue development occupying one of the most sought after parts of the complex with magnificent views to the sea. All bedrooms have access to terraces.
This is a rare property for this complex as the owners paid for a higher specification than normal so it included luxury marble floors and an internal elevator to all floors.
The property is distributed over three levels with the master bedroom on the top floor with private terrace and large wardrobe spaces. A stylish staircase takes you to the main living area with a very spacious living room and fully fitted open-plan kitchen. The kitchen it fitted with luxury appliances and a large American style fridge-freezer.
There is a large terrace accessible from all rooms with plenty of space for seating and dining and if required, an 'above ground' pool could be built. On this level there is a guest toilet and a guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
On the lower 'basement' level there is another spacious living area which leads to two additional guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a storage area. This additional living area could be a dedicated cinema area, gym or even a den for children. All rooms on this level have direct access to a terrace area with amazing sea and inland views.
The complex includes beautifully designed communal pool with plenty of sunbeds and a social area / co-working area with kitchen facilities and a terrace. There is also a gymnasium on site.
This property is literally ready to move in to with ALL the luxury furniture included within the price. It is a reluctant sale due to a change in personal circumstances. There are just a few left direct from the developer, all of which are not in such a good position, smaller, without the elevator or marble floors, and of course with no furniture.
