Unique rustic style villa in a privileged area in Benalmádena Costa! The house was built in 2003 on a raised plot overlooking the coastline and surrounding urbanisations. You have beautiful Sea and Mountain views and this residential area consists of larger villas surrounded by green areas, all within walking distance to the sea, schools, supermarkets and more.
