Villa - Chalet, Benalmadena Costa
About this property
Welcome to this large beautiful villa. The villa is under construction and the buyer therefore has a unique opportunity to put his own stamp on the final details. Just like the garden is laid out with grass.
At the bottom of this villa is the large indoor pool, as well as a bathroom. The stairs lead up to the next floor, where preparations have been made for a laundry room and then this floor contains a large room, such as can be used for gym, cinema, office or other.
Next floor, where the entrance from the street and the private garage is, the beautiful kitchen is located, when you stand in this there is a full view of the sea. From the kitchen and living room there is access to a large terrace, which of course also has the most beautiful view.
The floor also has a bathroom and storage room.
From here, the beautiful staircase leads up to the room department. Here there are three large rooms, all with bathroom en-suite and wardrobe. There are also large terraces from two of the rooms.
On the upper floor there is another bedroom with bathroom en-suite and wardrobe. From here there are also terraces with fantastic views.
This property also has a lift.
