Villa - Chalet, Benalmadena Pueblo
About this property
Unique opportunity to buy this “builder's villa” in the exclusive San Raimundo Collection, in Rancho Domingo, Benalmádena.
San Raimundo is a Collection of 11 elegant homes, built and design to meet very high standards and is currently owned by foreign families from Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, the UK and Spain, which gives it a lovely multicultural flavor.
Out of the 11 homes, Villa San Raimundo is the only one that stands independently, with its own garden and with two parking areas (for 3 or 4 cars), both covered.
The story
Ten years ago, two Danish families decided to bring their friendship to Spain and that's how they bought this wonderful home. Since then, they have upgraded most of the installations, and have cared for the house as you would do with a treasure. You can feel that from the moment you walk through the gate. It is a neat, impeccable property, with plenty of highlights, such as the parking space under a green pergola, overlooking the Mediterranean. What a great way to say “Welcome home” when you park your car on this spot!
One of the things that stands out at this villa, are its numerous sitting and dining areas, some on the shade, some al fresco, and most of them with sea views, so you always have a place to enjoy the sights and the weather that makes the Costa del Sol the second home to so many foreigners.
Villa San Raimundo is a place to relax and also to live and love.
It is distributed in two floors.
On the lower floor there is an outdoor dining area, and a living room, under a glass pergola, which also has a retractable awning and side plastic curtains, to stop the wind if necessary. Next to this, inside the house, there is a large formal living and dining room, connected to the dine-in kitchen. There is, also, a guest toilet on this floor.
Upstairs, there are three bedroom and two bathrooms (one en-suite with the master bedroom).
Also, both the master bedroom and one of the secondary bedrooms share a large terrace, partly covered, with panoramic sea, mountain and pool views, and with table and chairs, as well as sun beds.
No matter in which area you are, at Villa San Raimundo you will always feel a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
The villa features the following installations:
1.Diesel Ferroli boiler (Italian), in perfect condition, powers the floor heating.
2.Hot water panels. They serve the hot water in the bathrooms and kitchen. There is also a back up electric heater.
3.Under floor heating. Two separated circuits, with individual temperature. Pumped by hot water, it can be open-closed at each room, including the bathrooms.
4.Central air-conditioned. Each floor has its own equipment. The upper floor has a new top brand unit.
5.Good quality aluminum doors and windows, with double glazing systems.
6.Wooden floor on the bedrooms level.
One big advantage of this villa is that it has direct access to a huge swimming pool that is only shared with the other ten houses, and which is rarely used, but which is maintained by the community, giving you the peace of mind that it will always be taken care of, at a fraction of its actual cost.
There are more reasons to visit this home, but we'd like to surprise you when you come over.
