Bar, Benalmadena
Sobre esta vivienda
Themed bar/restaurant for sale!
This bar has been in the same hands for the last 16 years, now closed this cocktail/chill out bar, served no food, although has current license.
It is themed "Marilyn Monroe" with plenty of memorabilia. Seating for approx 50 inside with 2 small outside terraces and a hatchway to the pool area of the complex. Parking in the complex communal carpark, with a small kids play area at the side. This could be an absolute gold mine for the right client.
Situated approx 50m of the main road through Benalmadena. Current owner retired and returned to UK. It also has a separate 1 bedroom apartment within the complex for either the owner or manager. Viewings need plenty of notice as owner now in UK and will fly over only for very serious interested parties.
